What the directory is

A private directory where approved clubs and scouts can find players from Habeeb's community. It is run by [Business name, e.g. Habeeb Olagunju trading as Habeeb Football]. Every connection between a club and a player goes through Habeeb.

Nobody can guarantee a trial, a contract or a club's interest. A club asking about a player is a request, not an offer.

For players and parents

• The directory is for members of Habeeb's community. You need the current month's access code to join and to stay listed.
• A listing lasts until that month's code runs out, plus 7 days. Re-submit with the new code each month to stay listed. The code is only shared in the community, so if you leave, your listing comes down when the current one ends.
• Players under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian, who holds the account and receives all contact.
• Keep the profile honest and up to date. Clips must be of the player.
• Don't put contact details or social media handles in your answers. Clubs reach you through Habeeb.
• Habeeb can pause or remove a listing that breaks these rules or that he believes is inaccurate.

For clubs and scouts

• Habeeb checks every club before it can see any player, and can pause or close an account at any time.
• Use the directory only to find players for genuine football opportunities. Never charge a player or family for a trial or to be seen.
• All contact goes through Habeeb. Don't try to find or contact players or their families directly, and don't share, copy or store profiles outside the directory.
• You are responsible for meeting your own safeguarding duties, including the FA's rules, whenever you deal with players under 18.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself. Each account is for the named contact at the club.

The service

We aim to keep the directory running and accurate, but it is provided as it is. We can't promise it will always be available, and we're not responsible for what clubs, players or families decide or do. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.

We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we'll tell you by email or in the directory. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
